MrBin is a tech-enabled waste collection business set to revolutionise the way we
manage plastic waste. In a world grappling with environmental challenges, we are poised to become
the "Uber of Waste," offering a convenient and sustainable solution. Through our innovative mobile app,
individuals and businesses can request waste pickups, while our technology-driven approach optimises
collection routes and compresses plastic waste into bales at our collection centers.
Nigeria's top 10 beverage brands consume over 600k MT per annum of PET, and less than 15% of that is
recycled. This has resulted in a plastic waste crisis and most of the waste goes to landfills and end up in
our ocean.
MrBin intends to use technology to drive collection of waste materials from source. Over the next 12
months, we plan to establish 16 collection centres across Nigeria.
We plan to recover between 2400 tons to 4800 tons per annum, per collection center.
Using state of the art technology, we will drive the collection and recycling volumes of PET in Nigeria to global standards.

Each collection center will have 2 of our custom built electronic pickup van. And will have 100 waste
pickers assigned to them. The waste pickers shall be given a smart trolley for waste pickup. Waste
pickers shall have a minimum daily recovery volume. The pickers shall recover materials from individual
homes, HORECA (hotels, restaurants and cafes), dump site vendors.
Every material picked up shall be logged and be fully traceable across the entire value chain.
Electric pickup van Mr Bin intends to use for pickups for the collection centers.
Petrol powered pickup van used in the indistry today.
MrBin Smart Trolley has 2 types: Bicycle and Manual.
Bicycle model can be released as a follow up and will be for highbrow estates and municipalities.
Manual model shall be the adopted model for the initial phase of the system.
MrBin plans to roll out 16 collection centers over 12 months.
There are 2 grades/categories of collection centers. Grade A and Grade B.
Grade A centers can recover 150 tons and above. Grade B centers are centers that
recover less than 150 tons.
MrBin will setup 13 Grade A centers and 3 Grade B centers.
Each Grade A center will have 3 bailing machines, 2 E-vans, 1 electric clamp forklift, 150 smart trolleys
Each Grade B center will have 2 bailing machines, 1 E-van, 1 electric clamp forklift, 100 smart trolleys.
MrBin plans to roll out 16 collection centers over 12 months.
• 5 Grade A centers will be rolled-out between months 0-3 (Phase 1).
• 5 Grade A centers will be rolled out between months 4-6 (Phase 2).
• 4 Grade A centers and 4 Grade B centers will be rolled out between months 7-12 (Phase 3).
